Processing times
Orders are prepared after checkout and are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. During promotions, preparation may take a little longer.
Delivery steps
1. Confirm your address at checkout. 2. We prepare and dispatch your order. 3. Use the tracking ID in your confirmation. 4. Receive the parcel and check the items promptly.
Address changes
Contact us immediately if your address is incorrect. We can only change it before dispatch and cannot guarantee changes once a parcel is with the carrier.
Delayed deliveries
If a parcel is late, check the tracking updates first, then contact us with your order number. Carrier delays, weather, and remote delivery restrictions may affect timing.
